Application form and documents

Read Falkirk Council's web page for the licensing scheme. From that page, you can download and complete the application form.

The page explains that the lets policy, including fee levels, will be considered by Falkirk Council's Executive in early December, and that if you apply before then you will subsequently be advised of the relevant fee and sent a copy of the approved policy after that date. We will monitor.

Send the completed application form with all the required evidential documentation to licensing@falkirk.gov.uk. A member of the Licensing team will contact you for payment.
